The beans
We only use BIO espresso beans from Caferino on the Coffee-Bike.
The organically certified espresso beans are an exquisite blend of the Arabica (70%) and Robusta (30%) varieties.
The long and aroma-preserving roasting creates an espresso with character, whose soft and full-bodied taste is reminiscent of Italy. Its trademark is the velvety fine crema.

Our green coffees come exclusively from smallholders and owner-managed businesses who are fully committed to the cultivation of coffee.
The Caferino beans are roasted exclusively for Coffee-Bike GmbH in a traditional family business. A unique mixture and a tried and tested roasting process give the beans a full-bodied taste and impress with their extraordinary aroma.
